Refund policy

Whilst we hope you love the clothing as much as we do, we understand there may be a need to return items. 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging.

 

How to start a return

All return and exchange requests must be logged via our Returns Portal: 

Head to ansandro.com, in the top righthand corner you will see the 'person' icon.

Simply enter your email address you used to place the order, to start the process.

Once your request is submitted and accepted, you’ll receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without logging a request will not be accepted.

Failure to return items within 14 days will result in your return being rejected and your order sent back to you.

Damages and issues
While our quality team strives to ensure that every item meets the highest standards, sometimes things can slip through the cracks. Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If you find any defects, damage, or receive the wrong item, contact us right away. We'll evaluate the issue and work to make it right as quickly as possible.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalised items.

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
